Our ultimate goal is to turn your game weaknesses into your game strengths. Every Personal Workout is very intense, combining game speed and game situations.
Each athlete will go through evaluation to determine his/hers strengths and weaknesses. Our athletes will develop good training habits and eliminate negative ones.
All drills are under pressure so they can make good decisions in game situations. These workouts are using basketball specific drills that will eventually develop the “notorious” muscle memory, through many variations and repetitions.
Shooting under different game and time situations, creating space for themselves, moving to the basket, and reading the opponent on one on one situations are just a few of these drills. We will be “straight up” with you as far what it takes to play at a higher level and will help you develop your talent and your game character. “Player Development” is not just a simple basketball workout.
